Who Can Take This Course?
✅ Prerequisites:
- PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification from another agency)
- Minimum age: 12 years old (Junior Advanced Open Water Divers aged 12-14 can dive to 21m/70ft and upgrade to 30m/100ft at 15)
- No minimum number of dives required
- Must be medically fit to dive (please review the medical declaration)
Many divers go straight from Open Water to Advanced Open Water, making it a natural progression in your diving journey.

Course Breakdown – What You’ll Learn
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course is a practical, hands-on diving course with no exams or pool sessions. It consists of five adventure dives, each designed to build your skills and experience.
Mandatory Dives:
1️⃣ Deep Adventure Dive (Required)
- Learn to manage air consumption, buoyancy, and pressure changes at deeper depths.
- Understand nitrogen narcosis and how to recognize its effects.
- See color changes at depth and how they affect your dive experience.
